Debian. В результате неудачной попытки обновления mysql, и переноса данных в виде папки var/lib/mysql пропала возможность заходить на некоторые сайте. 2 работает, остальные не хотят. Базы идут в MyIsam, а сам мускул в InnoDB. Сами базы видно в phpmyadmin. Repair делал. Логи чисты. Конфиг:

Понимаю, что информации мало и объяснена малопонятно, если можно - указывайте необходимую вам информацию.
