После изменения my.ini не стартует служба MySql80

Я новичок. Установила на win7*64 MySQL_Setup8.0.12-64х.msi. Пробовала создавать БД, таблицы и застопорилась на Load infile. В инете рекомендовали закоментить строку secure-file-priv. После этого перезапустила сервер - и он не запустился. (пишет: Служба была запущена и затем остановлена. Некоторые службы автоматически останавливаются, если ...).
В инете смотрела, перепровала по-разному изменять my.ini - не помогло. Переустановила. Пробовала перезапустить сервер - ОК. Снова закоментила secure-file-priv - не запускается служба. Убрала изменение - все равно не запускается.
Если через командную строку запускать, пишет: Не удалось запустить службу. Служба не сообщает об ошибке.
В .err ничего нет.

В каком файле Вы закомментировал строку secure-file-priv? Пришлите полностью путь.
Приведите текущее содержимое этого файла - либо приложите файл либо сюда текстом.
Посмотрите в журнале ошибок windows - службы, которые падают или не могут запуститься - зачастую туда шлют сообщения.

писало каждый раз ошибку при создании темы, я думала, что она не создается

В журнале Windows\Система нет ошибок

Файлы не добавляются, ругается система:

В том файле, который Вы привели, строка с secure priv не закомментирована. Попробуйте закомментировать ее.

Очень важно получить где-то доступ к файлу ошибок. Я бы попробовал
1) не писать русские буквы в имени файла (мало ли)
2) посмотреть, создается ли файл ошибок в каталоге с данными
3) если не создается — написать абсолютный путь в каталог, в который MySQL может писать
4) если ничто другое не поможет — попробовать запустить mysqld вручную из консоли (если будут ошибки при создании файла, например, он должен написать текст в консоль.

Спасибо за помощь! Появилась у меня идея - я ее проверила и разобралась.
Вдруг у кого еще такая ситуация будет: my.ini после любого изменения сохранялся в кодировке  UTF-8. Я сохранила в кодировке ANSI - и сервер запустился smile
